GirlBoss New Zealand identifies 25 of New Zealand's brightest young female leaders who receive full Scholarships to be Interns in the GirlBoss Advantage Programme.
On the programme, young leaders tool-up and recalibrate through innovative content and action-driven workshops geared to amplify their leadership abilities and impact.
They are placed as a GirlBoss Advantage Intern in a corporate organisation and are given wrap-around on demand support to develop their skills in a quick-fire environment.
From Personal Branding to Pitching skills and beyond, each day builds upon the next to provide a transformative experience like no other.
Young leaders build powerful and unprecedented friendships with one another and their mentors as they learn and connect across cultures, boundaries and backgrounds.
