GirlBoss Advantage: Powered by ANZ.
If selected, you will intern with ANZ Technology in Wellington. ANZ Technology is an innovative team within ANZ that is creating a world where people and communities thrive by embracing technology trends and adapting to emerging opportunities.
When: September 28th to October 2nd 2020
Monday - Thursday: 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Where: ANZ Offices, Central Wellington City
Who: Young women aged 15 - 18.
Cost: If selected you will receive a Scholarship, worth $1000, to cover your Programme fee.
This 5 day Accelerator Programme is most suitable for young women who are passionate about at least one of the following:
- Technology
- Innovation
- Entrepreneurship
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths)
- Finance
If your career interests are not listed above you are still welcome to apply.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a residential programme?
No. The GirlBoss Advantage programme is within the hours of 9:30 am and 3:00 pm on Monday - Thursday.
I have finished high school, can I still apply?
Yes! This programme is open to any young woman aged 15 - 18.
I am not interested in Technology/Engineering etc. Can I still apply?
Yes, however, we will be prioritising applicants with an interest in Technology, STEM, Innovation, Finance, & Entrepreneurship.
What will I do on the programme?
The programme is highly interactive and is designed for young women who are keen to actively participate and execute on their learning.
Do I have to attend the entire Programme?
Yes. Attendance is required for the full 5 days to successfully graduate from the programme.
How much does it cost? How is it funded?
GirlBoss New Zealand works with sponsors to ensure that our programmes are free and accessible to all New Zealanders.
What will I need to bring?
We will supply morning tea and lunch each day.
Is there transportation available?
You will need to arrange your own transport to and from the ANZ offices.
