The Programme

The GirlBoss Advantage programme has been carefully curated to give you the competitive edge. 

The GirlBoss Advantage programme is designed to help you:

The programme includes Masterclasses in:

  • LinkedIn

  • Personal Branding

  • Networking

  • Interviewing

  • Problem Solving

  • Pitching and Presenting

Corporate Mentors will support you to practise your new found skills through:

  • One-to-one mentoring

  • Group problem solving activities

  • A professional networking event

You will gain Experience via:

  • A selection of  site visits across the company

  • A Dragon's Den competition judged by Senior Executives

  • Rapid fire interview and networking sessions

If you want to:

  • Make more informed career decisions

  • Gain confidence in corporate settings

  • Get exposure to  male dominated fields, such as STEM and Finance, in which women are under represented.

  • Avoid the course changes and high drop out rates which are all too common in New Zealand Universities. (Two-thirds of kiwi university students are not completing their basic undergraduate degrees within the three years.)
